Details and Explanations on History parameters available by Symphony
Maintain SKUs History Up to: this parameter determines how many SKUs History days will be maintained in the DB.

  • Saving a longer history may cause Symphony’s database to become extremely large and unusable.
  • On the other hand, history kept too short may damage data analysis capabilities.

Maintain Planned Load History Up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Planned Load.

Maintain Pareto History Up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Pareto.

Maintain Color Distribution Up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Color Statistics reports.

Maintain Performance History up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained for the Portfolio Management MTO Work Order TVD performance report.

Maintain Interface Log History up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Interfaces Log screen (Admin > Settings > Log > Interfaces Log).

Maintain Transactions History up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Transactions History screen (Melody > Supply Chain > Distribution > Transactions History).

Maintain Connection Log History Up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Connection Log screen (Admin > Settings > Log > Connection Log).

Maintain Expired Recommendation History up to: this parameter determines how many history data will be maintained in the Expired Recommendation screen (Melody > Supply Chain > Distribution > Buffer Size Recommendations > Expired Recommendations).

Maintain Load \ Recalculate Log up to: this parameter determines how many history days will be maintained in the “Load and Recalculate Log” screen (Admin > Settings > Log > Load and Recalculate Log).

Maintain DPLM History up to: this parameter determines how many history days will be maintained in the DPLM screen (Melody > Retail / Distribution > DPLM > State And Actions tab).

Maintain Replenishment Distribution Log: when enabled, the “Replenishment Distribution Log” screen will maintain the data that the user ‘ship’ or ‘produce’ until the next L&R or recalculate only.

Maintain Replenishment Production Log: When enabled, the “Replenishment Production Log” screen will maintain the data that the user ‘ship’ or ‘produce’ until the next L&R or recalculate only.

Maintain Small buffer DBM Mode History: when enabled, symphony will keep history for buffers that are handled with “Small buffer DBM Mode”.

Enable Color Statistics History Completion: when enabled, Symphony will complete the “Color Statistics Reports” history. Enabling this feature can significantly prolong the “Load and Recalculate” process.
